What we collect
You share information with us in three places on this site: the contact form (your name, email, practice name, and message), the client intake questionnaire (your answers about your practice and preferences), and the cohort waitlist (your first name, email, and role).
Booking a call happens through YouCanBook.me, our scheduling provider, which asks for your name, email, and phone number so the call can be confirmed. We do not collect payment information on this site.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, schedule and prepare for calls, and deliver the services you asked about. The cohort waitlist is emailed about cohort dates, pricing, and enrollment, and nothing else.
Every email comes from a real person, and you can ask to be taken off any list at any time.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in Notion, our private team workspace. Email lives in Google Workspace. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to run and secure the service. Scheduling details live with YouCanBook.me under its own privacy policy.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing. This site runs no ad networks, no analytics trackers, and no cross-site tracking pixels.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no tracking cookies. The intake questionnaire saves your in-progress answers to your own browser's local storage so you do not lose them if you close the tab; that data stays on your device and never reaches us until you submit.
Fonts and scripts load from Google Fonts and the unpkg content network, which see your IP address when your browser fetches those files. The embedded booking calendar is served by YouCanBook.me.
