I graduated from the University of Florida Summa Cum Laude with a Business Marketing Degree.  In addition, I recently graduated from Harvard’s Extension School with a Masters Degree in Business Management. The program was both on-line and in person. I learned from some of the best minds in business about organizational behavior, leadership, and business strategy. I incorporate these methods into my training and coaching sessions.  I am a committed life-long learner and passionate about sharing my knowledge with others. Lets learn together!  

I started my career as the Head Dance Coach for the University of Florida Gators. I mentored, taught, and prepared my team to perform for thousands of fans and on national television. It was at this time, I knew I had a gift for encouragement and enjoyed seeing others succeed, I wanted to be a “coach” for the rest of my career.  The next six years I worked for a medical office training company as a trainer, content creator, and program manager. Through this experience, I realized the challenging task doctors have balancing being a small business owner and delivering high quality medicine. They needed help and I was  honored and excited to partner with professionals providing such vital services to our community.   Most recently, I was the Head Sales Trainer for a global translation services company working with the largest brands in the world. I was able to learn valuable lessons on sales training and consumer behavior that are applicable to all businesses.  All this valuable experience led me here, to starting my own training and coaching business for doctors.  I am excited to have complete control over my content, to deliver engaging and educational trainings, and to help doctors thrive in business so they can spend more time providing exceptional medical care.  

My husband and I have three young boys; Brady, Caleb, and Daniel. We have a very active, fun, and loud home. I am blessed and thankful to own my own business, it has allowed me the opportunity to pursue my passion of being a business consultant as well as an active and engaged mom. I am motivated to help other business owners thrive in the office as well as at home.   When I put down the business books, it’s time for fun! I love being around people; play-dates for the children, married study groups, “girl’s nights”, walks..all are on my calendar for this week.  I love physical fitness, I taught fitness classes for over ten years, most recently at Flywheel. I really enjoy world travel, if forced to choose my favorite two spots have been Argentina and Kenya. Any advice on how to travel the globe with three toddlers? Lastly, I am involved in the community by volunteering at Bright Futures Atlanta, an organization providing a private school education and after-school program for at-risk youth in Atlanta. My husband is the Chairman of the Board and was by default my first business coaching client. He is a bit resistant to change, but we make a good team!
