I graduated from the University of Florida summa cum laude with a degree in Business Marketing. In addition, I earned a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Harvard Extension School. The program included both online and in-person coursework. I had the opportunity to learn from some of the best minds in business, gaining valuable insights into organizational behavior, leadership, and business strategy. I incorporate these methods into my training and coaching sessions. I am a committed lifelong learner and passionate about sharing my knowledge with others. Let’s learn together!  

I started my career as the Head Dance Coach for the University of Florida Gators. I mentored, taught, and prepared my team to perform for thousands of fans and on national television. It was during this time that I realized I had a gift for encouragement and truly enjoyed seeing others succeed. I knew then that I wanted to be a coach for the rest of my career.  For the next six years, I worked for a medical office training company as a trainer, content creator, and program manager. Through this experience, I came to understand the unique challenges doctors face in balancing the demands of small business ownership with delivering high-quality medical care. They needed support, and I was honored and excited to partner with professionals who provide such vital services to our community.  In addition, I served as the Head Sales Trainer for a global translation services company, working with some of the largest brands in the world. This role taught me valuable lessons in sales training and consumer behavior that apply across all industries.  All of this experience led me to start my own training and coaching business for doctors in 2019. I am excited to have full control over my content, to deliver engaging and educational trainings, and to help doctors thrive in business so they can spend more time providing exceptional medical care.

My husband and I have three young boys: Brady, Caleb, and Daniel. We have a very active, fun, and loud home. I am blessed and thankful to own my own business. It has allowed me the opportunity to pursue my passion for being a business consultant as well as an active and engaged mom. I am motivated to help other business owners thrive both in the office and at home. When I put down the business books, it’s time for fun! I love being around people. Playdates for the children, married study groups, girls’ nights, and walks are all on my calendar this week. I love physical fitness and taught fitness classes for over ten years, most recently at Flywheel. I really enjoy world travel. If forced to choose, my two favorite spots have been Argentina and Kenya. Any advice on how to travel the globe with three young boys? Lastly, I am involved in the community by volunteering at City School Atlanta, an organization that provides a private school education and after-school program for at-risk youth in Atlanta.
